This is not illegal.

It's illegal to discriminate, but not to say you hate white/black people.

You are probably thinking of The Race Relations Act (1976) this is protection against discrimination where goods and services are provided etc..

To simply say you hate black/white people is not illegal.

If you incite racial hatred through publications/speeches etc.. then you can be arrested as that's illegal.

I say stamp it out wherever it occurs, if you have British passport then you should be British through and through rather than a migrant with priviledges.
This goes on all the time with ethnic/religious minorities, they have free reign to spout racist anti religious or sexual tripe without fear of comeback.
But you have to say its only the last 30 years or so that we have not been f**king them over on a daily basis. People do have the right to be angry in a constructive sense!

Gti_Jamo, I think you might be missing the point a bit. She is clearly a racist and I have no time for her but the question is what will get done about this, especially after all the recent videos that have appeared and the sentencing they have recieved.
