I've fitted mine now

These coolers are fantastic!!!
03 210 Seat LCR. Badger5 V2.2TIP, Fordge 007p, Wellycooler, Quaife ATB LSD, Nuespeed ARB's, KW Clubsports, 330mm discs, 3" turbo back de cat and still on the standard map!

Brilliant thanks for clearing that up  :cool: Ive got 2.5" from the cold side to t.b but hot side to turbo is a measley 1.75"  :sick:

Also I dont suppose you can remember the leg lenths you ordered can you? as theres dufferent lengths available?

6'' leg on all of them I believe mate, wasn't an option on the ASH ebay store when I ordered, but I went with ASH because on the whole they seem to give the longest leg length on their hoses compared to others.

Can always trim, but never add.

I didn't have to trim any of mine down at all. they all went together perfectly.

the reducer bends on the cooler itself, should they be 90's or 45's??

what fit best??

and also what about the d/v? have the nipples off the old charge pipe welded to the 45 alli bend up top?
