If you look at my 1st picture you can just see faint pencil lines marked out for the cut and fold. looks like you cut just before the curve of the arch starts and fold so that you have no flat just the curve of the arch.

Yeah i see... its real faint...

Blimey quite alot has gotta come off then... so folding the arch back in when its cut... U recon hit it with a plastic mallet or bend with Plyers??

Pliers might be best cos then you can choose where you want it to bend. A mallet might just bend it anywhere it feels like. It doesent really matter if it dont look too pretty as the G60 arch will be covering it.

i would cut mine in the middle of the above pic^

i bashed my arche this morning with a rubber mallet and it rolled the fronts nicely Although not reccomended.

your better off doing a proper job on the rears. cut and weld knobby. Leave the two bottom rivet holes to secure the arch maybe. I dont trust no nails on metal

OK... G60 arches have finally turned up.. removed one of the front arches. the G60 arches ive got ive had to remove 2 plastic clips on the top of the arch. i am Assuming the the G60 models have holes in the arch which these clip into. Anways... these have been removed to get the arch cloes enough to the body. still not sure how much metal arch to cut to get my wheels to fit under. as you can see from the picture below the G60 arch has a cut out to allow for wider wheels then ether side of this are rivet wholes.. I was going to cut the metal arch enough so i could keep these rivet holes and connect rivets to them.

Recon it will be enough to allow the wheel to travel???

I have cut down to the rivet points.. So that i can still use these points on the G60 Arch.. recon i am gonna have problems with a 16x9 Wheel???
