I got my info from these links, lots of good info. I'm also fitting an oil cooler at the same time

Lots of different ways of doing the pipe work but don't forget my inlet manifold is on the other side to yours! Have a look at the photos I postedpin page 4 and you'll see what I mean. There is eBay links on the above threads to Mr silicon for ASH (sister company to forge) silicone hoses and alloy pipe work. I've read the above threads quite a few times so I know how to fit it and which way I want to go with the pipe work. But I'm not sure exactly which pipe work you'll need sorry. You could always sign up to Audi Sport net. There a good bunch and will help you out. Hope that helps.

How much do the pipes stick out on a mk4 bumper tho?

3" is a lot of pipework for a k03s to fill up, especially the core.  Bet you see a nice increase in lag.

I have reduced to 63mm from the IC inlet/outlet exactly for this reason and to hopefully give more room in fitting and less cutting

also for people reading this remember that the shopping list for parts are different depending on the car and which route you want to take on the piping.

I am going to have a K04 charge pipe and an LCR inlet manifold to reduce the amount of piping needed

I have ordered the parts listed as being needed here post 19
http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=350372

BUt that is the LCR way (throttle body on the passenger side and not drivers and a K04 charge pipe)

I've asked about the lag to but the size is supposed to incease the flow reducing pressure across the core, and lag is not supposed to be a problem. Only a 5 psi drop Oxford the core was loved by one user. How much psi do you run on a stage 2 K03?
As above I'm going to be using 76/63mm 45 deg reducers from the FMIC. On my standard LCR I'm peaking at 14psi and holding 12. I've not heard any negative response to this cooler set up.

UPDATE - after spending a long time reviewing all this I am doing this exact route (pipework is also listed) BUT with 63mm piping
http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=353162#

It amounts to roughly £240 including the IC, all pipework and clamps and P&P

The link doesn't mention the pipe lengths... is it just a case of measuring up what lengths are needed?
