I'd say either actuator, possible a boost leak, some are very difficult to spot, I've had leaks that I never known about till the silicone split more apart, but since you got an agu most of the vacuum side can be replace with 8mm and 3mm silicone hosing which is cheap as chips.

Most of the pipes have been replaced... So I'm assuming it is probs the actuator

Give the actuator a go, pretty straight forward to do, even better if you have FMIC that goes round via passenger side this means you can easily work on the actuator with the bonnet up :smiley:

I'd say actuator too. Be careful playing with it though, too much preload and you'll kill the engine

Ccarefully tweaked it like 1/4 turn max and it's still fluttering
