Snow foam

Can anyone recommend a snow foam product, I've just taken delivery of a new karcher and treated myself to their snow foam lance?

Why did you buy the karcher lance its gona be rubbish i imagine.. go on waxamomo and buy a proper lance a PH neutral snow foam

TBH Snow foam is very hyped up anyhow, does not really do anything  more than what a decent blast with a decent pressure wash will do... i still snow foam myself tho as its fun

Yeah the karcher one is pants and the bottle is really small so it won't hold a lot of liquid...

I've never, ever been impressed by snow foam.

I've bought the lance from the group buy on DW - HD lance (something like that) and bought a gallon of SSP and Magic Foam (?) - can't remember the exact ones.

Long story short, it doesn't do much/anything. I've tried it on absolutely filthy cars to slightly dirty cars and have always had to resort to a hand-clean.

I bought it so that I could do a weekly touch-free wash, but it certainly won't ever replace a hand-wash, it does nothing!

... But as above, I still use it - it amuses me to fill the driveway with 2" thick foam.

Snow foaming is purely designed to remove loose surface dirt not bonded contaminants, and isn't going to give you a touch less wash,
As has already been said you can just blow over with a pressure washer thoroughly which will remove a majority of nastys on the paint,
When making up my snow foam i use Autosmart active XL tfr in the mix which bumps the foaming up a bit and cleans very well though I would never use this method on a fully detailed and protected car.
for wax stripping I use diluted g101 through the lance.

@Mr GTD Tfr removes the traffic film ie diesel fumes,scum/dirt that accumulates over time and bonds to the paint if left, normal car shampoos can't remove this effectively as they are designed to be gentle.
