The biggest risk is that you'll look at right pikey.

Do you want that?

Does that mean I need to wear a Burberry hat?

The irony is, is the bike belongs to a court manager currently till I pick it up.

Phone your local traffic unit and get the answer from the horses mouth. I still don't think there will be any problems. I stand corrected if I am though.

When I had a MX bike I used to push it here there and everywhere and did get stopped once. I simply explained that I thought I was doing the correct thing by pushing it on the pavement to my friends farm so I could ride it on his land. It was explained to me that It was illegal but let me off with a 'just be carefull'. I doubt that you will have any real problems even if you do get stopped, simply explain your situation and point out that you have tried various different ways due to been unsure on the legality etc.

The previous owner moved to new Zealand, he left it at his parents house and he is cool to give it away when his mum offered it to me. He use to put it in his transit.

Sadly I dont know anyone with a big enough van and the people I do use it as a shed to lug their trade tools around, it seems so pointless to hire a van for 3miles.

Will ring the local station and see if they know but bexleyheath police station are not sharp tools plus the SE traffic team is not based there.
