You could have walked it to your dads 50 times by now, just do it!

It will have to wait till the weekend for me to get it due to my shifts at work

Tempted to chance it in all fairness, I just can't see how its different to a pram or a bicycle (push bike) in terms of being on the pavement when it can't run, maybe I should glue some push bike peddles onto the sides and claim it is a push bike  :undecided:

Person I got mine off had one of his taken off him and it's half a mile to his house. Admittedly he only pushed it as it's a 60MPH dangerous road so he pushed it along the woods next to the road.

They took it.

Probably because LOADS of kids ride them round illegally in that stretch of woods but still. That's in Bexley, just off North Cray road, something lane, forget the name now.

Just letting you know.

Shame, thats round the corner as well... Well a man with a van is £35 which seems f-all in comparison to getting a bike impounded or a fine.

I would be pretty surprised if an office actually confiscated it if you were handling it properly, as in no fuel, no oil and no spark plug. At least you're pushing the bike rather than riding it, surely the officer should appreciate the fact you're a decent bloke and trying your best to minimize risk and avoiding being on the wrong side of the law. It'd be a different story if you were riding it trying to get away with it.
