Did you know that metal water pipe feeds most of the head with cooling, even cooling the oil!
Its such an inportant part of the cooling system that if it goes you could do damage or bits of rust is flowing clogging up the water channels in the block! I am no expert (clearly, that is why I bought this car and visit the site with questions, so I can learn), but I did presume that anything to do with cooling is important. In honesty, my main priority is that the car is safe to run, any time I hear an unusual noise etc I get it booked in straight away to be safe. The advice was to get the water pipe looked at, I have, I apologise I did not report back on this issue but I have been very busy.
Like most people have said Priorites the metal water pipe looks ropey!
