So I had a good couple of days on the mk3. (With the help of Ronnie) Well 1 if them lol.
As im the owner of 3 mk3 golfs 1 had to go. The VR6 Highline I bought quite some time ago had always been bought for the engine and spares and its time clogging up the unit came to a end yesterday.

After removing all the parts etc that I wanted it was time to get chopping. Why well I will explain later.
So with it all emptied I rolled it next door to my mate Ronnies unit. Task 1 was to saw the front screen and part of the roof away.

With that put cut and removed is was then time to cut the floor just behind the a pillar. With that done she sat like this:

Next job was simple roll the rest onto Ronnies trailer, use the screen to hold all the crap in the back, remove the wheels and take it to the crusher

And there she goes

Poor old thing.
So when we got back the next task was just to simply lift the front end onto a trolley so it can be moved around the unit

Why? Well simply that bay is going to serve as a mock up bay for my mk3s smooth bay. Why not work it all out now so when painted I don't have that 'dam I forgot about that' moment.

So next job is to put a engine in that bay and work it all out
