I would say itmmthe diameter is a bit small you anna look for 2.75 really. An the size of the decat won't matter as the Flange should be the same size ( but preferably you want 3")

I think Blueflame/Miltek is 2.5" bore?

I thought the standard exhaust on a 1.8T is 2.25" anyway

i got one of these and had it modified to fit mine was a direct fit of the old system had the tips cut off a rewelded to fit a 4mo valance as they sat to low on standard valance thats the only problem with them really sounds nice and not to ott

Yeah, but you may as well go for a bigger diameter pipe if your upgrading the system....seems a little daft not to

U really should go for a 2.5 inch system or a 3 inch system that system will flow better as it will use free flow boxes that are straight through boxes using perf and wadding not chambered like standard systems but in reality a milltek or a custom exhaust you will benifit much more from it
