Front engine mount has been sorted.

Standard mounts did not fit, no idea if it was the subframe, crossmember, mount brackets, 1.3 shell or a combination of all of them.

Bought a solid front mount and milled it down 15mm to rock engine forward to clear master cylinder.

That was last nights progress, going out there tonight too so you MIGHT get another update later, unless I get sidetracked with ale consumption

Radiator is in place complete with hoses, slam panel bolted on, various hoses that were completely unnecessary removed and a few ports blocked off that weren't getting used.

Some good f**king around jobs sorted tonight

Had a quick measure up after the 16v radiator was in roughly the right place, looks like I might be able to squeeze a Wellycooler in after all

No lol, that's the WRHQ mob, fully clothed I must add, none of that naughtiness goes on out there!

If I hadn't of seriously annihilated my back at work yesterday I'd have tried to have got something done this weekend but injured myself badly and won't be doing anything

If my calculations are correct, highly unlikely , Wellycooler should slip right in

Even bought some coolant for it on last trip to VW :lipsrsealed:

I've seen they have run out of room for more +'s on the bottle and now call it G13
