Ive got a electronic boost controller and aquamist wired up to the battery but this would mean that they would stay on all the time even if the car is not running.
I was going to just put a 12v switch in the circucit so I could turn them off but is there any way to wire them so they switch on and off with the ignition?

I dont know much about electrics so can you expand on that?
So does that mean they will turn on when I turn the lights on or ignition on and how do you wire them to the lights?

Easy enough to sort, pull the light switch out and use a test lamp to find the switched live.

I would be carefull with that, it does not like a lot of extra load.

Under the steering wheel, there are two terminals, one yellow, one red, one is switched live, one is permanent, dont know which Is which.
For a decent connection, wire into there.
