Heater problems after head gasket change. HELP!!!

Hi ive just changed the the head gasket on my 1.6 golf e/c AEH but the heaters are blowing cold, i have tried bleeding but it makes no difference. has anyone got any ideas or know if theres a specific way to bleed them? Any help is much appreciated.

Gone but still keeping a close eye on it...

Mk4 golf 1.8t AUM Hybrid K03s. Custom Mapped by R-tech to 260bhp. CR hybrid turbo Audi TT injectors / fuel pump, Forge tip,THS FMIC,Carbonio CAI, Full milltek turbo back, N249 bypass, Fully poly bushed, Weitec coils. cheers i thought i might be that, i'll change it and see what happens. do you know if you have top bleed them in a specific way?

just changed the thermostat and its still blowing cold air. any other ideas. does it need jacked up and bleed or something?

also put heaters on full blast on windscreen might have a airlock

i've tried all the above but still no joy, i also flushed the heater matrix and refilled the water system but when i feel the matrix pipes one is hot and the other is cold. is there anyway i can force the air locks?

did oil/water mix in the expansion bottle sounds like blockage or air lock
