Let us know how many mouths that amount feeds. If you do monthly shops, divide it by 4.

About £80 is a week, hard to work out as we don't shop weekly but thats rough estimate.

2 Adults no kids or pets  :cool:

Was about £60 a week for 2 adults. Now I'm working away its a lot less!

I'll do a big shop one week of about £40, a lot of that stuff will last 2/3 weeks.

The following week I'll do a smaller shop to replace the perishables etc, that'll be around £20-£30.

I spend about £100 a month feeding just myself.

I do a big £100 shop a month, there abouts...so about £25 a week. I do buy the odd thing or two from the local shop so around £30 a week for me.

2 adults and 3 kids, about 80 quid.
I'm away 4 days a week as well.
That's shopping at ALDI, so it's as cheap as you can get..
