And I spend about £30 a week for work

we go through £30 a week, 3 adults (classing myself as an adult as i'm 20 next month) and 1 cat on a diet  :laugh:
my mum is allergic to about everything so she has to eat rice cakes and natural yogurts and that costs £15 a week so me and my dad cope on £15 a week

If i shopped at sainsburys for everything then i'd easy topple that.....
It's us southerners propping up the north again  :grin:

I reckon we spend on average a month

£150 a month in Tesco's for basics

£100 a month in the local Butchers

plus possibly another £80-150 a month on fresh food from various shops/markets

Im not having it! £30 per week! clearly you dont do the shopping :shocked:

We do about £130 a week, thats a main shop, and maybe one or two trips back during the week, plus we eat out usually a couple of times a week, so by the time weve done fuel and food at Sainsbury's I would say well over £200 a week is an honest figure, and thats pretty much for 3 of us these days

however my mum and dad pay around £150 a week for 4 of us (mam works at morrisons so we get discount ;) )

i do pay £95 towards it though in rent.

Thats for 2 adults, Some weeks can be sub £20
