scanner arrived :), have fault code 00532(P1746) - Transmission Control Unit Relay Malfunction.

any1 had this before, im assuming its my problem lol

forget that, that was because i disconnected the battery, have cleared all codes and ran engine again, still jumpy although i have a 16486 (p0102) Mass or volume air circuit low input, im assuming i just need a new MAF

Have you run it disconnected? clear it and if it returns yeah i would say the MAF is dead.

Have you run it disconnected? clear it and if it returns yeah i would say the MAF is dead.
have disconnected it as said previously, im sure it ran better with it unplugged, will it be better to take it a drive with the maf unplugged

I would clear the codes connect the MAF drive it if the code appears get a new MAF  :smiley:

I would clear the codes connect the MAF drive it if the code appears get a new MAF  :smiley:

cheers bud, just ordered a new MAF anyway, TMS - £51, that seem ok

took car for a spin with the maf unplugged, drove a hell of a lot better, plugged the maf bk in n it was sh!t so i think iv got it :)

was the MAF sensor guys, swapped it out for a new 1, its spot on now thank god, thanks for all your input guys its appreciated, would have been swappin parts left right n centre til i got it, very handy tool that code reader, very well worth investing in 1
