Turbo Nut/bolt, cant get it off

any 1 any hints on how to remove the top bolt on the turbo, i can get all the other ones loosened but just cant get a socket on this mofo, any help apreciated

Deep socket? Soak in WD40? Spanner?

cant get anything on it, the other bolts i had to hammer the socket on, 16mm im sure, tried to wedge it on but no room for moving, could i use a nut splitter or sumthing along those lines

Can you get it from under the car?  Lots of extensions?

got the extensions, i just cant pyhsically get the socket on the nut without using the hammer as said, and no, its the turbo with 4 bolts

dont suppose you get a 16.5mm socket
