my work mates brother was in a very similar accident. He was in a 4 car pile up. he was the 4th. He see the cars infront of him hit each other and didn't/couldn't react fast enough and hit the 3rd car.
They all claimed on his insurance

Which is why that claims system is cr4p cos he was only responsible for the car in front as the others had already caused their damage.
Can't think of another example of law applied this way

I get sick of twits driving up my butt when I am doing the max speed limit. Ive even experienced kids doing this with an open road in front of me where they could overtake and they dont. It is plain stupidity and anyone caught doing it should lose there license and get beat up at the police station.
