Thats a little worn  If it was mine Id be inclined to drop 2 of the front rings, saves on weight and less parts to break. Also gets you to man up and not use the granny gear

Looks like some nice riding in France

I never use the granny anyhow but its cheaper to buy a whole set, the bike isnt too light anyhow so not to fussed about weight as fitness is always on my mind when I go out.

Nehow, parts should be here tommorow and fitted tommorow day... we will see

mines goin in for a service! new brakes etc! :)

any one been to Bedgebury Forest ?

Bedgebury pinetum isn't too far away from me and I've been a few times over the past couple of years. Some nice varied trails there for all levels of rider.
The pump track and dirt jumps were great fun last summer.

The difference is insane, I recomend to everyone if they get gearing problems that seem to be due to slippage from a single worn cog etc just replace EVERYTHING in one go. I have a different bike  Oh and ignore any bolocks online about dont mix this chain with that cog (shimano with sram etc) it all works well as taken from the advice of my most trusted bike shop man

£8.50 all day that pretty expensive. Do they have a hourly rate too? As long as the tracks are well maintained and I was there all day I wouldnt mind but I like going for a quick run out.

All the trail centres by me are £3.50 all day or £20 for a year pass. Ive got 3 yearly passes now  I was up the FoD on Friday straight from work and cained the trails there in and out in 1h15mins and 10 miles of single track
I often wonder why people never expect sarcastic comments from me - they're the only reason I speak...

There is a go ape there aswell, we was there for 7 hrs, including lunch!

Went round the course twice, then did a few more again and again , and the black rout!

There was a few updated bits so they really do keep ok top! It was getting busy when we left so glad we got there at 8.30 tbh!

Would go again! But i did like 30k today n i am fooooked!
