ust = universal system tubeless. No inner tubes

Yeah, you have a thicker tyre to prevent punctures, because there is not inner tube you can't get pinch flats you also have a lower rolling resistance due to there being no inner tube, the other main advantage is you can run stupidly low PSI as there is no risk of pinch flats, meaning better grip.

I've also got stans no tubes in mine which is like a latex glue so if something does get through the tyre then it seals the tyre.

Trouble is you need to try the saddles out to see if they're alright

This!

Saddles come in so many different shapes and sizes you really need to test them out for your body shape and flexibility, personally I'd recommend Fizik as I run those on my MTB and road bike.

Thought i'd take a pic while it is clean, quite a rarity with this weather

All serviced ready for the trip to the alps on thursday with the new ust setup. Can't wait to try it all out! The rear has a 10mm qr rather than the standard qr so should be stiffer plus the tyres are wider and super tacky

Looks sweet, see you got a reverb then? how you finding it? Am tempted by the Fox d.o.s.s (when the price drops :lipsrsealed:)

Have a good one at the Avalanche!!!! Don't hurt yourself

yeah the reverb is brilliant, can't live without it now   The fox wasn't out when i got it and it was the only reliable one you could buy. I think crank brothers are bringing out a new one too, might be worth looking into that as well. The joplins were rubbish though!

it's inevitable i'm gonna hurt myself tbh, but am being driven back so it's all good  I got some body armour for les gets and morzine but not sure if i'll wear it on the mega. Should be ok as long as I don't get pushed down a ravine!

On a side note, can you all keep your eyes peeled for a good deal on a road bike?  As in, less than £100.  Just after a basic road bike to get to and from work, the mountain bike is definitely not up to the job, plus it's broken
