means you can stay on your bike and ride instead of getting to hill, stopping, putting post up, getting to a trail, stopping, putting seat down etc.

i find the temptation is to leave the seatpost up on the fast singletrack and crashing because you can't control the bike as you want  :grin:

This seems to be a problem to me haha, at the moment Im running a 400mm long post not cut down. So putting it down isnt even an option at the mo

Yer, acording to his blog he is. He lives in my village and is often in the pub (not as often as me may I add) so could ask, but he was gettin sooo pissed off when people were asking him about the boat show that he went into hiding  :grin:

Front will have disc brake and u brake.
rear will have disc brake and u brake.

All you need is both calipers, both u brakes. the discs and a big enough lim rip on the alloys. 2 front cables and 2 rears  :smiley:

Their is a dual lever thats just come on the market but its hydro only, you simply adjust the bias but I think I will always prefer to have two :undecided:
