Well I just bought a single speed conversion kit and chain with easy clip for fitting!
Then hopefully I'll be having a good weekend!!

The xc guy who I went for a ride with the other day has converted to single speed (as in 9 gears) and his chainring snapped off haha. So make sure you dont skimp on the bolts  :smiley:

While things a skimp tbh. But the gears blew apart before when going up a steep ascent so I won't be losing anything, the whole single speed sounds good to me, hate the noise of gear changes haha.
Cheers josh, still so angry about the chain, gonna get mega angry tomoz with a flat drive, if that fails then the saws coming out haha

On another note was just working out what I've spend on my bike over the years and only counting what's currently on the bike I think I've easily spent like £700! Ouch, is worth it tho...... I think
