AGU KILLS SPARKPLUGS

Anyone know whats up with my car. Killed 2 sets of pulse plugs (the 10 bhp ones) and a set of nology silver .They end up white and blue ,like they got to hot.  :undecided: They are gap spot on .
AGU 1.8T. Mods done: R32 front bumper, turborev smic, ngk platinum spark plugs, uprated pancake pipe, demon motorsport boost hoses, forge 007 dv, forge engine cover, r-tec stage 1 map ,home made cold airfilter ,run on 98 ron fuel and castrol edge 0w 40 oil. Advanti racing alloys.

Thanks, but the plugs have died. I think it has something to do with there heat range. Pulse plugs lasted 3+ miles before going to limp mode or running on 2 cylinders and nology silver lasted 50+ miles.  :embarassed:

it only kills about 2 of them . :angry: i think .  :undecided: And yeah ngk platinum are back in and are spot on. I dont get it. They all had the same gaps.  :undecided:

If the plugs that are dying are platinum tipped be careful gapping them because you can damage the coated electrode

if its killing them it could be a sign of a weak spark, i.e coilpack going down which i wouldnt expect with an AGU. Get a set of standard NGK plugs or bosch super 4s. Never had a problem with either and alot of higher powered AGU's run these without problem.

might also be worth checking the wiring going to the coilpacks where the plugs are burning out, you may have a break in the wiring and then plug not sparking as should. Then over time the AF mixture will combust under pressure. Are you noticing unburnt fuel out the exhaust, pops or bangs?

May sound a silly question but have you got the correct oil in as ive known this happen when some woman at my work filled hers up with the wrong stuff.
