Dunno where you got those numbers from. The part number I've quoted has two thermoswitches in it, the first one operates at 95C causing the fan to come on at low speed. If the temperature continues to rise, the second switch cuts in at 102C and switches the fan to full speed.
Before you buy anything though, check that the fan works. Unplug the connector from the thermoswitch (down lowish on passenger side of rad). With a thickish bit of wire, bridge the socket that the pure red wire goes into to each of the other two in turn. Fan should come on at two different speeds. No need to switch the ignition on, just keep your fingers/hands out of the way of the fan.
