Have you tried the mole grips on it before, as normal grips cannot grip it as cannot get them on enough ( not enough teeth on the bolt) so mole grips won't lock the whole way round the bolt anyway.

I got one off using a 12mm socket hammered on, but then that rounded off the 12mm  bit now that is stuck on one of the bolts and won't come off even though it slides about  will get heat on that though. So only thing I can think of doing is buying 6 12mm socket bits, or drilling them out.

Last time I removed one it had female torx bolts IIRC (though admittedly there was only two left in after the rest had fallen out/snapped but that wasnt on my own car). If they wont grip, tighten them up and apply more force , they should be tight enough that you dont like the removal bit because you know they will ping in your hands! You only have to get the very end on there if you do it tight enough.

Stilsons. The tighter you grip, the tighter they grip so get someone with strong hands! The driveshaft bolts have a sort of ribbed head on them anyway iirc, so you should be able to get a decent purchase on them with mole grips or stilsons whatever you go with.

Ok mate, I have got a small set of stilson but gave up after grips didn't work and that socket got stuck lol Yer stilsonj would work better as you don't have got anything around the bolt like the grips I was using. Pump grips might have a better chance aswell.

Cheers mate, I'll look into a set !

Don't seem to do a 12mm one, thats the size socket that went over it with some hammering, would a 13mm one do the job.

Done with the bolt grips..... The 19mm bolt just below the driveshaft please say that can stay in.... I've undone tight bolts before but this one is unreal!!! heated it up and everything but nothing! To get the engine off of the bell housing is it 3 bolts? Thats all Ive seen and removed 2 of them so far. Just need to get this bolt out then can undo my rear mount!
