Went straight to college in 2005, got a BND in Art and Design.

Went straight to uni in 2007, got a BSc in Graphic Design and packaging.

Went straight into work in 2010 as an artworker at Toolstream, was there 9 months.

Nozzer!!!

Finished my gcse's on my 16th birthday, worked in a rag factory for 5 months packing up clothes from charity shops for shipping out to India and Africa, applied to join the navy just before leaving school and joined in November 98. Always looked upto my uncle as he was minted and was in the navy for 11 years as an engineer, so I joined as an operator mechanic, and switched to an engineer. Probably be medically discharged by march next year, and a bit burned out by engineering now and have lost the passion for it, so time for a career change. No idea whT to do though tbh.......

Left school at 16, with no qualifications because I was a lazy, trouble-causing little t*sser at that age and thought I was gonna play rugby league professionally, which didn't pan out after a couple of years floating around the youth teams at Leeds, Wakefield and Keighley. Turns out you need talent! Went to college to get my GCSEs and A-levels, and worked in the pub trade while I did that, glass collecting and then behind the bar. Finished college and got my A-levels at 18, went full-time in the pub I was working in and got promoted to deputy manager, got my GNVQ in hospitality management through work. Worked there until I was 22 in April last year when the company sold the pub off to developers which cost me my job, spent a month applying for every job in the pub game I could find but there was 50 people applying for every position because of the decline in the trade...

Applied for a job in a callcentre out of desperation, still there over a year later. Don't enjoy it but it's 18k for 37 hours over 4 1/2 days with massive sales bonuses and lots of promotion opportunities, far from fun but it's easy and pays the bills

Did an Advanced GNVQ Business Studies Course at school, it's the biggest regret of my life; I wish I'd gone to college and done a trade.

Worked in retail for a bit but became very disillusioned with it all so jumped at the chance of a job in composites when I was 22. Still in the industry now but it was never something I can hand on heart say I wanted to have a career in. I'm good at my job and enjoy it so I've got no need to change now

Became a professional beach bum for almost 2 years, from 17 to 19, getting up at silly o'clock in the morning 3 or 4 times a week to watch the sun rise over the Indian ocean, catch some waves, check out the girls and party  Them were the days

Long story short, over the last 10 years I've done many different things and am now an IT Consultant which by far the best career I've had, it's just a pity the company I'm working for has no more room for growth other than becoming a Director - which would be silly seeing as there are 4 people in the company, 2 of which are already Directors.
