I done what i wanted to do, went to college for it, trained for it, moved abroad for it. I then discovered it was totally rubbish so i now do something completely different!

Dont know until you try i suppose.

I left school wanting to join the police, wasn't confident enough (and was a bit of a fatty)
Instead did a hairdressing apprenticeship for 3 years, reallised  I was a crap hairdresser, then worked for customs.
Then became a PCSO, hated it, so joined the regulars instead, done it for 4 years now, love it.
Can't imagine doing anything else.

Studied to be a banker. After my degree, became a banker. Did it for 3 years and hated it. Resigned. Took a year out to do teacher training and became a teacher. That was 12 years ago 

All through school I wanted to work with cars.

Came to school work experience. I chose two car garages then to make up the choices to four I then went for stacking shelves and last choice was an alarm company as didnt have a clue what it was they did.

Needless to say I got my last choice but enjoyed it and still doing it fifteen years later.

Left school in 1991, became a chef as it was my dream job. Travelled the world, had a blast.
Gave it all up few years ago, studied engineering and now I teach!

This is going to gain me some stick.

In sixth form I'd secured a place at Theological College so as I could start taking my first steps towards training to become a vicar and took a year out.....
