Ok so fitted my cambelt today, all seemed to go fine and did seem pretty easy tbh, but cant help feeling a bit anxious as the whether its timed correctly. Cam, crank, intermediate pulley, and dizzy lined up, and checked again after turning it over by hand a couple of times. A few people have suggested using the flywheel mark, but my gearbox isnt on atm so didnt bother with that. Have I fecked up by not using that? Also if its a tooth or 2 out, will I be in the sh!te, or will it go into safe mode? And how can it be half a tooth out?
