I'm with you on the acceleration in 5th it can get annoying but I still prefer it as I do a lot of commuting.. If it was a weekend car it would be manual all day long.. Have you had yours mapped ??

Not had it mapped yet, still thinking about getting it done.  I want it done but something in the back of my mind keeps stopping me.

I'll get round to it in the next month or so though i think.

Get your DSG remapped, and ask yourself the same question  :wink:

DSG is then in full manual and not the kick-down that you hate :wink:

I've heard that software isn't available for the mk6.I may be wrong about that though.

I was replying to a comment aimed at me telling me to get the software and I was reminding them that I have the inferior MK GTI  :kiss:

Yes your last sentence was correct.. You do have cheaper build mk  :evil:
