I think you need to figure it out yourself, to be honest.
There aren't pre-set lists because the parts used vary so much. You need the donor and the existing alongside each other. The one gotcha I think you're going to encounter is likely to be the dizzi - you'll want to use the PB unit, so you'll need the adaptor ring, which I think can be supplied by TSR.
Re-use your head, if it's fit. If it's part of the 'tired old engine' then you really want it skimmed and to be fitted with new valve guides. I don't think going in from cold at this point that you're likely to come out at the start of next week with a running car.
