Car is reving it self and somtimes jams at 2.000 rmp

tryed to clean the throllebody and the sensor on the side of it

im proper confused now!

and also isit hard to change it and isit pressurised?

Could be a vacuum leak. Check for something loose lol
I started my 16v up when I had the MC out and it sat at around 2000rpm

oki people basically now when it idles it stuck at 1500rpm :| and it starts revving it self when it drops below 1000rpm :O there is no air leaks n i cleaned everthing


throttle body
idle contral valve
idle air contral valve
new sparks
new bat
new disbutor cap/ht leads
new fuel pressur reg
new fuel filter
cleaned the injectors
and made sure no wires werre out 
cleaned the throttle sensors aswell

the car being so gay 

help!
