Car is reving it self and somtimes jams at 2.000 rmp

so you've checked the vacuum pipe that goes from the inlet manifold to the ecu. mine perished the otherside of the bulkhead just before the ecu and was doing exactly what you're describing. you can't see it unless you remove the scuttle panel.

i always check that and still i get the same issue

Take the intake pipe off and press the butterfly closed with your finger whilst engine is running.

Check and see if the throttle linkage or cable is sticking.
