Pattern wings are crap!! try and hunt some OE new, or 2nd hand...
Genuine wings are worth every penny

Pattern bumpers from BBT's are very good, and could pretty much pass as the real thing, trained eye can spot them, but the general opinion is that they are a very good alternative...

Pattern rears will be fine, pattern fronts have more scope to be a bad fit as the fog light bracket mounting holes can be drilled in the wrong position (personal experience!)

I don't think a semi will give the same results

Thing is you can pick up good cond front bumpers for not a lot of money.. just getting one which isnt scratched on the textured bit can be a pain.. the painted bit isnt a problem as can be filled and repainted no problem

Went to see the car very quickly yesterday, it's looking good!!!!! Hopefully gonna tow it home tomorrow. Managed to get a new windscreen seal and wing bolts ordered, hammerited the bumper bars and irons, cleaned out the old window and door seals, and found some new inner aches! Still got lots to do but should be good fun! The car hasn't had a total respray, about 3/4 of it has been done. Will post lots of pix when it's done but working 12hr shifts for the next 5 days
