WOOHOOOOOOO! Progress at last, I managed to get a fair bit done yesterday thanks to the help of a few glamorous assistants! Got all the glass that was taken out put in, very glad I bought a new windscreen seal from BBT. After spending over an hour getting the seal onto the screen we then spent another hour trying to get it in, then realised that someone had put the string into the wrong groove of the seal  Once in the right place it went in very easily and it sits perfectly. Put the front wings on, got the O/S lined up ok with the door but then realised it didn't line up with the bonnet, it was about this time I thought I'd better stop before I had some sort of tantrum! Lots of other bits and bobs done, watch this space............

Very rough 50/50 with Gtechniq C4, this stuff is amazing!!

need to try it on this next!

good progress :afro:

Sorry to hijack but where abouts are the other bolts for the wings? are they underneath inside the arch or inside the A pillar? i need to align my OSF wing

I don't think a semi will give the same results

there are 2 inside the arch against the pillar, one in front of the bumper bracket and one on the front edge of the wing (end of the chassis leg) if that makes sense!

Rough as chuff but this should give you an idea, the two on the pillar might be covered in seam sealer/under seal!

If your wings are the originals to the car, the 2 bolt that fit into the "A" pillar will be covered in thick under seal! and may take some finding, using a hot air gun to help scrape away the under seal is a good idea, as is heating the remaining sealer to a very high temp, so that it starts to soften up, and leaving you with a wing that is a lot easier to get off, without de forming the wing down the back fitting edge... the rest of the wing is a dry fit, and should give no problems with removal...

I think the wings were removed for painting, the doors were.

There's double the gap there should be on the OS between the wing and the door. Im guessing its the wing thats out and not the door?!?!?

I take it re-aligning the wing can be done by slackening off all the bolts, adjusting then re-tightening? Without taking the wing off fully?
