looking good, where did you get your new wings from? hoping to get mine sprayed in a couple of months, took my archs off and the wings on both sides are rusted to hell,

TPS in chester, about £200 for the pair inc vat. Got a phone call to say it's done today  :laugh:
Think I may tow it home and put it all back together in the garage so I can take my time, to keep the costs down I did all the stripping and will be trying to put it all back together. Can anyone recommend a cavity wax and underseal to use while I rebuild it? Also has anyone got any tips with regards to fitting the freshly painted wings? As always thanks for any input!!!

If you spent that much on the car already mate your best going www.rustmaster.co.uk its about £3-400 they totally underseal the car and cavity wax etc every single nook and cranny and comes with a 5 year warranty..  :smiley:

tips for wings.

Make sure the car is on flat ground and adjust the door so that it is in line with the rear quater lines. Adjust the lock stricker pin to suit.
Then bolt the wing on losely with a big panel gap at the door end. Then work your way slowly adjusting the gaps till the door opens clear.

Takes time adjusting the gaps.

Also seal the underside of the wings (where the 2 bolts are)

i'll have to give TSP a call tomorrow, i found some online but i'm not too sure if the quality would be any good,
