ABS Talk to me

Hi all, I have the abs light on so i checked all the sensors and the osr was way different, off i went to gsf and got me a new one, as soon as i got home i plugged it in expecting the light to turn off but it didn't  :cry: , do i need to reset something or is it down the the pump  :sad:

I believe it will sort it's self out. Maybe go somewhere safe and brake hard to see if that restets it

You may have to reset the ABS light with suitable diagnostic equipment to clear the fault codes it has brought up!

It depends on whether you break the old one when removing it which tbh is highly likely. It's not a difficult job to fit them, just irritating when they snap.

Most likely will snap. But the mk3 can also suffer with controller problems also. So vag com would be a good buy.

I have got vag com but only iv only had it about a month and dont know how to use it, iv not had time to sit down and have a good look
