sorry i meant one runs to the isv control unit, you can see the other end of it at the white connector. basically you have 2 seperate red/black wires from the bay to the inside of the car. 1 runs from the fusebozx for the rev counter, the other runs from thwe isv control unit. both of these go to the coil -ve, rev counter feed goes direct, isv goes via a 1 pin plug so you can disconnect it in order to set the idle.
what you need to do is find the engien bay end of the isv red/black wire and put a plug on it
