Glad to see you have got it all fitted! Looks the part don't it

I will stick around on the forum!

Welcome to the forum, i'm guessing you know Rich?

Like your sig but you need put the url in between [i*g] [/i*g] replacing the * with an m.  the reason i put * is so you could see the code.

Cheers mate, i was having trouble remembering lol

Looking plush now Rich. :afro:

How on earth did that seat frame brake like that!?

No idea mate. It passed the MOT and tbh I think it was OK then :undecided: It must have been something that was 'the last straw that broke the camels back' afterwards. It had obviously been through some stress somewhere along the line

Shaun, we met at the weekend when I picked up the VR6 interior that he sold to me

Although only spoke briefly we spoke about our VR6's,  his Mk2 and Polo GT's.............mine of which I had just dropped off at Chesterfield the day before

Damn it, side skirts arrived this morning, re this post:-

.........and they aren't what I wanted. I had hoped those long strips were the insert trims but they aren't, they are the strips that are glued to the car for the skirts to attach to

Guess they will have to go back onto ebay

Well the first set of seats were incorrectly advertised hence we mutually agreed to cancel.
The side skirts I knew I was taking a chance on getting the bit that I actually wanted.

I might ask VW how much they charge

I believe the side skirt trims are still available from VW and I don't think they are that expensive.

Rubber sill trim (the cover with the metal insert) £25.18 per side
Left passenger side is: 1H0853985B41
Right drivers side is: 1H0853986B41
