My cars performance is not top of the list for me as it’s the all round package they led me to buy a GTI. I love the car ‘equally’ for its looks, refinement, badge and performance. That’s why I personally have no interest in re-mapping my car.

Exactly how I feel too.  The quality of the build is paramount to me and overall comfort, this car is fast enough for me and I love it.

Sounds good...thats exactly what i did!!!    Albeit a MK5 R32 i traded in!!! 

Every quick car ive had starts to feel "slow" after a while..i supposed you get used to the power...

My MK5 GTI actually felt faster than my MK5 R32....but in the real world was very similar....

However once i got the RS4 there was noooooo looking back.....

I pootle about day to day on the motorway to work and back (as one does). But every now and then such as tonight coming home on the back country roads instead of the motorway I remember why I have this car. Awesome.
Having said all that I'm still thinking very strongly of getting it chipped. Admittedly, this p***** me off cos it should have been 250 in the first place like every other manufacturer's car but hey, I suppose you expect this if you buy into VW. I reckon a boost up to 250/260 might see me totally happy.
