+ sunroof and DSG is a must (you don't see lewis hamilton driving with his knob in his hand - Nicole does that for him).

He's got it made hasnt he the lucky B@57@rd - Not only is he an F1 driver, loaded, but he's got Nicole to do that for him!

I'd say 18" wheels should be standard on the MkVI too - i think the 17" look great on the MkV (like mine - biased) but the MKVI just suits the bigger wheels - I know Snoopy might disagree - no offence intended!

OK, Martin. I know I have a seriously big and beautiful knob. But I am damned if anybody apart from myself will consistently manipulate it or critisize its action. :smug:

Once I finish all the sensible mods, the only thing that I won't have which I consider faintly acceptable, is a sunroof, and which I don't want as it clutters the inside roof. I use the climate control all the time. I need to due to very serious sinus issues. I am quite sick and off work due to this at present.

As for Dynaudio and leather ... pah.

I've got a sub-woofer and fabulous Jacara cloth which is the talk of the town!

TBH the sunroof does'nt clutter the inside of the roof at all, it is all very neat and tidy slide open the blind and then you just turn the roof mounted knob (no smut please) and it either tilts or slides.

If i was buying again this would be what i would get as a minimim and i don't normally spec cars high if at all over standard.
Parking sensors due to the shape of the front of the car.
ACC because of varied road conditions.
Xenons well its a 25K+ car so should have them anyway and i love the way they turn with the steering.
Sunroof lets so much more light inside and makes the cabin feel much bigger, and helps with air flow as i find the cabin can feel stuffy at times.

You don't see him getting anywhere first, either...
