Thought about taking the wing off but then decided I'm eventually gonna get new wings when I respray anyway so not too bothered about the finish. That and I'm lazy

Had a rough night shift friday so was in no state for anything on saturday! Today wasn't too bad though in between the rain

put the new wings on

also took the chance to check my sills. Was pleasantly surprised by the passenger side

Solid as a rock!

not so much the drivers side though, will need attention soon :(

Also fitted new ARB droplinks

old and new

Sorted my door as well no pics but basically all it needed was a bit of teflon tape and tightening of the grub screw

Thats it for today, will continue tomorrow weather permitting!

Didn't do as much as I'd liked today, spent a while on the bane of my existence aka my exhaust think its sorted now  :lipsrsealed:

What I did do was fit the boost gauge and paint the trim around it. I went for a pillar mounted one as I don't fancy the steering column one. It measures from -6 (vac) up to 2 bar which should be more than enough for the future

Before

plastic primered

Finished

Mounted

Need proper fixing but I'm fairly pleased with it. Also need to wire it up for illumination and cut a piece out of the trim so it doesn't squash the pipe too much.

On testing my boost I'm running just under 1.5 bar so I'm please with the results and now I know I'm boosting properly :)
