then get it into a garage, you say your exhaust is fine but have you checked the exhaust mount after the cat? its common for the welds to give

Where does it sound like its coming from? Front / middle / back / which side etc?

Sure its not a can of WD40 next to the Tyre in the bootwell?

found it, it was my anti-roll bar banging on the subframe and now its all fine thanks for helping me out people
