not being arsey being truthful - and at no point was it a slur on your driving.

for example,

 you park your car up,

 its hit,

you need to claim - even off A.N.Others policy

an assessor views your car,

mods not declared - they will just laugh at you and terminate you policy,

Insurance companies will do ANYTHING to get out of paying, and if you have a policy terminated - just wait til you try to get another policy  :lipsrsealed:

So the POINT IS - you have undeclared mods therefore you insurance is INVALID and worthless.

and worse case scenarios, someone walks out in front of your car, they are hurt, its not your fault, you did nothing wrong, they take you to court, you're fooked!

Someone crashes into your car because THEY can't drive, its THEIR fault, police come along, you're still fooked!

Yeah I know that now, insurance companies should just be more clear about this tho cos in all honesty I didn't know u had to declare silly things like havin new bumpers etc... Anddd have already said I'm definately declarin next time. Also, bcos u know more about it than me,I did my insurance on confused or whatever it is... Clicked all the relevant boxes and then it said I was only allowed to click 6boxes!? Is this just on the site,I assume u can have more than 6 lol!? X

I completely agree with Chuff.

Another scenario for you to ponder over, say when you had your blow out you didn't control it and went across 2 lanes of motorway causing a 4/5 car pile-up, all of the other people would be up sh!t creek because your insurance would be invalid meaning that they'd been hit by an uninsured driver. Having seen people try to resolve situations like this, I know it is absolute nightmare for all involved especaily those who have done no wrong and have fully legal insurance.

You might argue that this didn't happen (thankfully!), but can you see how easily something could happen even if you are, as you say, a good driver? An accident is called an accident for a reason, i'm sure nobody who crashes intends to do it. Not wishing to sound riteous, but I wouldn't even consider driving a car if I knew I wasn't fully legal, it's just not worth it.

Anyway, rant over

No, when I went across two lanes after the blow out,I was on edge of the road,every1 could c my hazards, just that another person about 20mins after I'd been sat waitin for recovery, rammed up the arse of sum1 else cos not payin attention, that isn't my fault! And I'm not sayin a brilliant driver but there's a lot of pricks on the road,I am not one of them!! I've had my tellin off neway, and I can c where u r all comin from,as I have already said about 3times I am sortin it next month, will u all chill pls,I am in middle of tcuttin the car!! Thankyou & GOODBYE!!!

Rant over.
