Must all be in bed sh***** themselves scared of drving there car's  what happened over the last couple days then?

Bad pain in the shoulder after the injection, work dramas (nearly solved), credit card was cloned and £1000 removed from account today (bank will refund), decided not to go on holiday due to shoulder pain, dramas with VW Telford (they refused to pay for the fix initially). I could go on and on.

One bit of good news: painted rear spoiler ready for collection (tomorrow). At last.

Hope so Steve. Can it get any worse? I'll know tomorrow.
They spent 85p(!) as a start, then £440 at next, then £200 in a booze mart, £355 in some sort of club!
Bloody shoulder still aches like buggery.

I had the same with a credit card a couple of years ago. It's a right pain getting the money back, reissue of credit cards etc, but it does all work out in the end. Sorry to hear about that, hope you get sorted out ok.

Thank you. The bank has already refunded the money and a new card is on the way. They are quite effecient.

Bumper still driving me insane.

Now they say:

(1) It could be a faulty bumper but this cannot be as VW would never release a car with this problem.
(2) It could have distorted when they drilled the holes for the Number Plate, not when they screwed it on.
(3) I must have been hit by another car! O yeah, exactly in the Number Plate area! I think not you muppets.

Petra , the Inchcape Chiswick Warranty Manager does not think it is a warranty problem and has referred it back to VW Inchcape Telford.

The bodyshop wants to replace the whole bumper and spray the boot lid and the rear quarter panels. Cost £350+VAT.
I think this is overkill and can't begin to imagine all the problems that will ensue.

Let's see how things pan-out on Monday. I am so busy at present and this is just becoming a problem I can do without.

Snoops: So sorry to hear this. It is really not nice to the eye.

It must be a manufacturing fault or could it?
Could it be due to the drilling causing stress in the plastic?

Had a call from VW Inchcape West London Customer Services. I told the guy my woes. He is going to escalate it to the General Manager. I just want someone to take responsibility and get it fixed.

I await with bated breath.
