OT: Did you get a new defuser for the rear? If so do you know the price.

Rear Diffuser/Spoiler ------- £58.02 + VAT - W5K6 807 521 H9 B9
Toe hook cover --------------- £5.98 + VAT - W5k6 807 441 B9 B9

I am still waiting to get the other painted one from my ex-Honda dealer. They are really dragging their feet.

I went to the bodyshop to show the deformed portion of the rear bumper.
I'll have to go back on Monday to show it to the guy who reforms the plastic parts.
However, it seems that I might need a new rear bumper.

I am in two minds as to whether I should take the plunge.
What do you think? :undecided:

Up to you but since you have fresh paint on the front i would be less concerned about having the back done too.
Me I think im going to be lazy and just try and ignore it on mine.

Mine is pretty unsightly so I am prone to take the plunge. The Warranty Manager is adamant I get it fixed.

Went to the bodyshop this morning.

They are going to try and flatten the panel and will be able to make it look much, much better and as near perfect as possible.

I've known the quy who is going to do the job over many years. He is a New Zealander and used to work for Rolls-Royce. He is quite brilliant at what he does which makes me pretty happy with the situation.

Well you're going to love this .....

It will cost £350 to repair the area that is wavy around the Number Plate area, even after they assured me it would be a local job costing around £150 or so..

First they said it needed a new bumper.
Then they said it was a local rectification job.
Now they say that there is no need for a new bumper but the bumper will have to be removed and completely re-painted.

I told them that I did not want this done as it is overkill.

So now they are deciding whether it can be a local job.

As I am not paying it should not matter, but I feel in this case less is more.

Mad!
