Exactly where you say. We are probably the only two with this.
Showed it to SteveP yesterday and he felt it looked a bit unsightly.
Very annoying.
I'm going to get it fixed at some stage, I hope.
Off to work now, a bit late!

I know what you meen now i see it. I have took a couple photos with my phone but cannot upload them at work.
I guess its when they drilled the holes for the plate. In my case Wayside strikes again.

I nerver noticed it before but i guess i just put it down to the angle of that section distorting the light.

Only cure is a bumper repaint  Which i don't feel happy about due to known my luck iot would turn out a paint colour mismatch and broken and marked who knows what.

I will try and get better photos to show what i think we both meen if the sun ever comes out and my phone can actually record what i can see!! Its very noticable when walking towards the rear of the car. You can see how it distorts any image reflection.

That panel is very flexy. Maybe heat also distorted it, just a thought?
I tried to get a distance photo but it does not show it very well but i can see it with my eyes. :undecided:
