That's what worries me, if I take it back will they be able to sort it.
I have three options.
1. Take it back until they sort it out (if possible)
2. Go back tomorrow say they have made a hash of the car and get a refund.
3. Take it to the dealer I bought the car from and hopefully they can sort it.
I know on my MK5 the dealer had to replace the steering rack under warranty, the car needed a full alignment afterwards and they left it perfect.

Give them one more chance. Check it immediately. If it's still hopeless, then get a refund and go to the dealer. What a 'mare.
As Steve asked, who were the cowboys? We need to know to avoid them like the plague.

Seriously I have not had any road noise with my Bridgestones, mind you I am not running at 6000 miles on them yet.

I was beginning to think I was the only one happy with Bridgestones.

I think you are safe enough, They are in Northern Ireland,    A1 Tyres, Dromore.

I have no complaints about their tyre fitting, they are always very careful with the alloys and I will use them again.

But if I ever need wheel alignment checked in the future I will ask the dealer..

No problem, I'm sure I'll get it sorted tomorrow and then run in my new rubber

They are a tyre specialist WEB SITE HERE

They have the latest 8-sensor Corghi Wheel Alignment System which looks very impressive but then you have to know how to use it..

I totalled not just a tyre but an alloy on my Peugeot, winter before last.  While I was sitting by the roadside waiting for the RAC, a council lorry stopped and asked if I was OK.  On hearing my tale, they said they were on their way to fill the pothole in.

I didn't realise I could have claimed for that.  It was quite expensive, too.

Rolfe.  Who finds the Bridgestones OK too.
