Hit a pothole tonight, didn't see it and now have a bulge in the tyre wall.



I take it the tyre is scrap 

Only 5000 miles on it, probably going to have to buy two now..

I always pay attention to the body movement of the car in front as one form of precaution.

You must have given it a hell of a whack to snap the steel reinforcing and egg the tyre! Might be an idea to have the steering and suspension checked over.
