Changed Spark Plug & Coil Pack-But still have missife on Cylinder 2,What Next ?

Hi,

I had a missfire on cylinder 2 when running live data on Vag com. Change Spark Plug & Coil pack, but still have missifre on cylinder 2?... Ive tried swapping coil packs and spark plug round to another cylinder, but still have missifire on cylinder 2 !!!

What's next to check or change?

get a compression test done it could be a burnt out valve

Could be a bad injector...

This happened to mine after a revo remap,missfire on cylinder 2.Changed coil pack & plugs but this didnt fix it,ended up replacing the ecu.

when i was looking for solutions to my cylinder 2 misfire guy at garage said he'd just done a leon and they had to replace the injector.  Part was around £120 but said was a really big job to change it

Could be the injectors. They are a PITA to get to as they are under the intake manifold.

I haven't heard of valves burning out before on K03 GTI's, but you never know.

I've done some more data logging on vag com tonight, and i managed to get miss fire on cylinder 2 , 3 & 4 now!...

Its not all the time, just at random times, Also still have Low boost fault tat occurs!!

I've changed so far:

DV ( By VW On warranty 3 months ago )
PCV
Coil Pack
Maf Sensor
Turbo Boost Solenoid  ( The one with 3 vacuum hoses too )
Change spark plugs around ( These have done 8,000 miles )
